Christmas at Nan and Pa Black's

We spent Christmas Eve with the Black family. The kids had a great time playing, eating and of course opening their presents.

On Friday Summer started crawling!!!!!! When I picked her up from daycare she told me Summer was starting to figure it out. When we got home Chad and I put her on the floor and she came right over to us. It was awesome. Here are some pics of the kids playing outside.

This is a table we have by our couch.-Austin loves to take the top off of it. Then he climbs on the couch and dives inside of it. He is too funny. The other thing they both love to do is play in the dirty laundry which of course I always have. This is their entertainment in the morning while I get ready for work. And yes Summer still has the orange nose-I am working on finding foods for her to eat without carrots in the ingredients. I can't wait to spend two whole weeks with my babies!

We Are So Thankful

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I just love this time of year. I can't believe how much God has blessed our lives. WE are so thankful for all of our family and friends. Each of you have played an important role in our lives as well as our children. God Bless!

I found this site today and made a video of our family.

I am suppose to be cleaning, grading papers and writing lesson plans-but this was exactly what I needed today.

Christmas in October

I know it sounds crazy but we celebrated Christmas this weekend with Nanny, Poppy and Uncle B. Uncle A and Aunt Nini made a visit from Hawaii so this was our chance to finally have Christmas together. The kids loved having everyone here to spoil them.

Well Chad shaved Austin's head and as you can see Austin loves it!

Austin Update

Austin had a 23 hour EEG on Monday. While we were there they discovered that he was having a seizure every 10 seconds. They immediately put him on meds to help control them. After the medication he did not have another one. He will start tonight taking it twice a day. I feel so bad for him because I can't imagine how much he wanted to tell us hey guy something just isn't right. It is so hard when we go to appointments like this because it feels like we relive the day when he was diagnosed all over again. Keep our family in your prayers.

Big Girl

Summer has been sitting up for almost a month now. She loves to play with toys and watch Austin scoot all over the place. She has even learned how to keep her balance when Austin gets too close.

Since Austin is doing so good with going over to people's houses we were finally able to visit with Nan and Pa Black and Pa. That same night Grandma and Papaw came to see the kids. The last picture is blurry but you had to see how Austin plays with Summer.
