Our Easter

This year we were so excited for Easter -I love all the activities and going to church.  This year we started off by dyeing Easter eggs the night before.  We waited for Austin to go to bed because I knew what would happen.  It was going good until Luke threw an egg into the blue and we all ended up with blue dots on our clothes and face.

We had a fun filled day and I am so glad to know what the resurrection of Christ means.  Jesus is alive and with us-we are never going to be alone!!!!

Austin Turns 7!

Seven years ago today our lives changed more than we ever imagined. We brought home our angel-Austin. But we wouldn't change it for the world.   

We love you so much Austin. Thank you for always keeping us on our toes and making us laugh.

This year Austin's birthday was on Easter.  Grandma made him a cake and he got some really cool chew toys from Grandma, Paw-Paw and Aunt Rose. 

Easter Egg Hunt

I took Summer and Luke to our neighborhood park for an Easter egg hunt.  It took Luke a little while to figure out what to do. But once he found out there was candy inside the eggs he was sold.  Summer had fun helping him during his age group.  She loved seeing the Easter bunny while Luke went and cried behind a tree.  We even got to go on a train ride.  Happy Easter!

Fun in the Sun!

For the kid's birthdays this year we decided to buy them a new water slide for the backyard. Crazy that we get to use it in March. They have had a good time running around and sliding-Luke finally got in today and joined the fun. Here are a few pics!
