Our Superheroes

This year we let the kids pick out which super hero they wanted to be.  Of course Austin had to be Hulk which was very fitting for him.   Summer was so excited to trick or treat with her friends.  They all got tons of candy and had fun! Austin finally had enough with his costume and ripped it off once we got home.

Luke is slightly addicted to baseball.  The other night he cried for an hour because it was too dark to go outside and hit balls.

Back 2 School

We had a great summer but it went by way too fast!  We have been busy trying to get prepared for the first week back.  My classroom is ready and hopefully I will be come Monday morning. 

 

Summer had meet the teacher last week.  She was excited to go and see her classroom and new teacher.  Luckily we had a couple of days to prepare Summer that she was not in the same class as her friends from Pre-K or her friends from our street.  It was emotional but I am already praying for the new friends she will make.

 

We were able to go and visit her teachers from last year-which made Summer's day!

Yearly Pics

I finally took the kids to have their yearly pictures made.  I was prepared  for Luke to cry and he ended up doing fantastic.  Austin was all over the place but we were able to get some cute pictures. Summer loved posing and did great!

Life is good at the lake

We just got home from our best week ever at the lake.  We are truly blessed to have this house in our family and are so thankful for it.  The kids were non stop for seven days.  We enjoyed swimming in the lake, feeding the deer, playing on the deck, taking walks and going on a boat ride.
