This past weekend we made our family trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We had such a fun time-eating, drinking, catching beads and spending time with family. The kids loved staying at Nanny and Poppy's house. They also got to spend time with Isaac and Baby Elliot which was a plus! Our hands were full both nights of the parade so this is the only picture we got minus Baby E.

Saturday morning we headed down to the French Quarter for beignets and shopping. Summer loved every minute of it. She made the best tourist. And Austin fell in love with beignets -I'm pretty sure he could have had 100 more.
When we walked by this house Summer made sure we got a picture of it for Aunt Rosemary.
Chad finally found an empty beer can before we left so he could take his 'partied too hard on Bourbon St.' pic.
Our last stop was Poppy's work which was awesome. We got to go through the whole CBS news station and had the set to ourselves. I am not sure who had more fun the kids or Chad!
