Life is good at the lake

We just got home from our best week ever at the lake.  We are truly blessed to have this house in our family and are so thankful for it.  The kids were non stop for seven days.  We enjoyed swimming in the lake, feeding the deer, playing on the deck, taking walks and going on a boat ride.

4th of July

We had a low key but fun fourth!



Palm Beach

We met Grandma, Paw-Paw and Lauren for a day of fun at Palm Beach.  It was Austin and Luke's first time and they loved every minute of it.  Turned out it was the hottest day of the summer-lucky us!  We spent our day in the wave pool, lazy river and going down all the slides.  Summer was all smiles!!

 We were going to stop by the beach after we left but the kids were wiped out and after seeing Austin with his feet in the sand I can only imagine how it would have gone. 

Take Me Out To The Ball Game!

Thanks to Uncle B we were able to go to our first Astros game of the season.  Our tickets were awesome!  The kids had so much fun cheering on the Stros.  Summer can't wait to go back-her goal is to get on the big screen so we will try again next time. 

Summer Fun

We have had so much fun this summer.  We have been swimming, gone to the splash pad, had play dates with friends, Summer went to VBS and we went to the Blue Bell Factory.  Here are some pics of our summer fun!!!!

Oh and I almost forgot all the fun we have had with Rudy-poor dog!!
