Austin's school had a trick or treat night last Saturday. Grandma and Aunt Rosemary joined us for the fun. The school was decorated for Halloween and you could trick or treat on each hallway. Outside there was a pumpkin patch and you can build a scarecrow. Austin entered the costume contest but our Buzz Light Year PJ's did not win.

Pumpkin Patch
We barely made our trip to the pumpkin patch this year. I can't believe October is almost over. The kids had fun being outside and looking at all of the pumpkins. Like always a picture of both of them looking is impossible. Austin was running all over the place and loved the scarecrows. We picked out a pumpkin for the yard and they each got their own little pumpkin.
A fun night with Summer
Summer and I went to her daycare carnival last night. We had fun playing games, eating junk food and getting her face painted. Summer is a ballerina for Halloween this year. She started taking dance at school and once I bought the leotard I decided it would be a perfect costume. It was nice to have mommy-daughter time. And of course everyone asked where Austin was. He stayed home and had his daddy time.

Another one on the way!
We are super excited to add another addition to our family. I found out on my birthday that I was pregnant. Today was my 8 week appointment. All is well with our new little one which will arrive on or around May 28th.
Here is what I handed Chad during my birthday dinner. It says-Get ready to work no time to play. Baby #3 will be here in May.

Silly Girl and Hurt Boy
Summer is too funny. Here are just a few ways she makes us laugh.
Yes it is a potty seat and Austin was chasing her around the room.
Putting on make up while I loaded the car for school.
That is lipstick, blush and eye shadow.
She had no idea the lettuce was in her hair. Check out her face that is a Ranch dressing allergy!
Austin fell at school and hit his chin and face on a table. He hit so hard he had a seizure. I picked him up from school because he was upset. It just happened today and he seems to be doing fine. He just keeps moving his jaw around. I am sure it is very sore. Poor Baby :(

P-E-A-R-L-A-N-D Oilers
Today we took the kids to see the Oilers play football. The game was at Reliant so Chad wanted to take the kids. Summer loved the half time show and watching the cheerleaders. Austin did not like sitting in his chair so I let him run around and he had a blast and met a ton of people.

Austin's First Day
Austin's first day went great! He is now going to school in the afternoon. So I had to take these pictures the night before. I send him in play clothes to daycare and after lunch they get him ready for school and put him on the bus. So far he seems to be doing fine and is already back in the mode walking around the house with his hands behind his back. Awesome news-Austin can now bend down, pick something up and stand back up. It is so cool to watch and I have tried 100 times to get it on video-he does it right after I stop recording.

Austin Loves the Bus
Austin's had his last day of school on Thursday. Now he has to wait until the 24th to ride his favorite transportation again. By the end of summer he would wait at the door listening for the bus. All I would do was open the door and he would go straight to the bus of course flapping his arms and laughing all the way down the driveway. He is doing really well with the stairs going up and down. He had the nicest bus driver this year and he loved seeing her.
