Our first trip to the zoo

We met Grandma and Papa at the zoo today. This was Austin and Summer's first time to go. Austin enjoyed seeing all of his cousins. His favorite part was touching the fence and holding on so you could not push the stroller. I don't know if he saw any animals while were there except the goat in the petting zoo.

Chad made a house for Austin out of our stroller box and as you can see it was a big hit!

One Crazy Child

I put Summer on the couch so I could start dinner. When I looked up this is what I saw. Can you believe???????????

AHHH the pool wore me out

Ok so we went back to the pool today and Summer slept the whole time we were there. Check out Austin's pocket everytime he stood up water squirted out of the hole. It was so funny.

Smile!

Summer has started smiling and cooing! Of course my camera always misses the smiles. She loves to talk to daddy when he comes home from work-I'm sure she is trying to tell on me

Austin's new thing is getting on the couch and in the chairs. I was sitting at the computer the other night and turned around to find Austin sitting in Chad's chair.

Our first summer outing was going to the pool today. I did not get to take any pictures because I always had a child in my arms. Now that I have the hang of it I will get some tomorrow!!

Walk A Thon

Thanks for all your donations and for coming out to walk with us. Austin's Army finished the walk in record time. (We were last.haha) It was a great time and the weather was perfect. We hope to see you all out there next year.

My Babies

I had the kids pictures made and had to share them. I must brag on how cute they are. I am loving every minute of this. I am going back to work on Monday.
Pray for me and all who will be helping with the kids my mom and dad will be here the first week and Chad's mom will be here the second week.

They have no idea what they are in for!!( just joking guys)

Pumpkin Seed

That is what Chad calls Summer. Here are some pictures I took of her this week. The yellow dress is one that my sisters and I all wore.

Austin finally got to swim yesterday he loved it. He even discovered the mud that forms around the pool and decided that was more fun. He also experienced his first shower now I won't be able to keep him out of the bath or the shower.

No Way MOM!

Well we have tried many times to get a picture of Austin and Summer together but have not had any luck. Here is the proof-Don't worry Summer's eye is red because I was wiping it right before the picture-not because of Austin. After Austin eats now he pushes the chair around the kitchen and eats what fell in his chair-it makes the clean up a little easier.

Happy Easter

Austin loved all of his Easter goodies. As you can see Summer slept through the celebration. Austin's newest friend is Ozzie the octopus it covers the spout in the bath tub and you feed him little tablets that turn the bath water different colors. And of course he took a bath first thing that morning so he could play with all his new toys.

Look at Me!

Can you believe how big Austin is? Here are some recent pictures of Austin working on walking he is making great progress. He now has started climbing. This is so exciting because yesterday he climbed into Summer's pack and play. Thank goodness I was holding her!

By the way Chad made the bars for Austin-he is such a good daddy.
