Aloha

Chad and I just got back from a wonderful vacation. We went with Brandon to visit their brother and his wife in Oahu. It was so nice to go and relax for a whole week. Mom and dad stayed with the kids-we missed them so much but were glad they were being spoiled! Chad got to surf and snorkel they even swam into a school of dolphins. We went to a Luau and went to all the beaches. Thank you Andrew and Selene for letting us stay with you and spending your time off showing us the island. We love you both and can't wait until you move here.

HELP!!!!

OK so we have been spoiled for three years and have not had to discipline a child. Summer is testing us in all areas. My sister Jenn has been a great resource in listening to me and helping me win this battle. Thanks Jenn you have raised amazing children and I hope I will be able to do the same. Here is an example of her not getting her way. We were all in the garage and she wanted to ride the cruising cooler. I told her no then the tears and screams came. Check out the last picture because of her daddy she won!

Here she is smiling and having a great time!

Yes she is biting her hand.

Ok so the camera made her a little more upset.

Trying to suck her thumb and scream.
You know what that smile means!!!!

Crazy Child

Austin makes us laugh everyday. He is walking all of the time and if you turn your back here is what happens.

Here he is inside his clothes hamper! Yes he thinks it is a tunnel and when I do laundry he runs behind me and crawls in.

One night he stayed in there for over an hour.

I know he is the guilty one in these pics because Summer is to short to reach the bar. They love eating the new Gerber yogurt bites.

The best part was that Austin was of course drooling pink stuff all over the carpet.

Waiting for daddy.

It amazes me the work that God has done in Austin's life. I am truly blessed to have a son that has so much love to give. He brings a smile to all!

Summer Vacation

Well I survived the first week of summer. I must say that you stay at home moms are awesome! Of course I forgot my camera every time we went out this week. We went to story time at the library, joined the YMCA, and went to Aunt Jenn's for an end of the year bash. We had a great time. Austin starts summer school on the 16th- he will go Monday and Wednesday half days. It will be new teachers and a 30 minute bus ride so please remember to pray for him. These pics are from their first time swimming at the house. (Back in April)
